"Summertime' Exhibitor Information

**NOTE TO ARTISTS:   APPLICATIONS FOR THE 232 ANNUAL ' SUMMERTIME " 2012 WILL BE  AT THE 'HARD CANDY CHRISTMAS' SHOW IN NOVEMBER AND MAILED OUT IN DECEMBER 2011 TO OTHER REQUESTS.

TO OTHER EXHIBITORS.  IF YOU ASKED FOR A CONTRACT BUT DID NOT GET ONE,  CALL ME.  WE ARE A JURIED /INVITATIONAL SHOW.  SUBMIT PICTURES OF YOUR WORK AND ONE OF YOUR DISPLAY.  WE ARE LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL ART AND CRAFT.  THE SHOW WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS UNTIL FULL.

    (A 10X10 BOOTH WILL COST $160.00  FOR THE JULY SHOW.)

Mountain Artisans Show Promotions will be hosting the 23rd Annual “Summertime” Fine Art and Craft Show in the Ramsey Center on the Campus of Western Carolina University.  This location offers large town accommodations in small town charm.

Show Dates:     The “Summertime” show will be held on June 30-July 1  ²⁰¹²

Show Hours:    The Hours will be         Saturday  ,June 30            10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Sunday ,July 1        10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Set Up Date:    June 29, 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

  BUILDING WILL OPEN AT 8 O'CLOCK June 30th   FOR VENDORS

  BUILDING WILL OPEN AT 9 O'CLOCK  July 1st For VENDORS

Booth Fee: Both sizes are         10’x 10’ - $160.00

                                                 10’x 15’ - $240.00

                                                 10’x 20’ - $320.00

                                                Corner spaces are $30.000 extra

OUT SIDE SPACES ARE $150 . WE WILL ONLY HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER .

Chairs and  Tables are provided with your booth space. if needed  (Tables are 8’x 2’6”)

NEW: ELECTRICITY IS $10 PER 10X10 SIZE

Each booth will be partitioned by pipe and drapes.  (The color of these will be gold.)

The building personnel has asked us not to store boxes back of the building halls .

Parking:  Plenty of parking room will be provided in the Field house Parking lots.  Campers and Motor homes can park on site (no hook ups).  EXHIBITORS ,PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT ACROSS THE BRIDGE.  LEAVE THE AREA IN FRONT OF BUILDING OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS.

Loading and unloading:  Items must be brought into the Ramsey Center via carts or dollies.  There are a few dollies with the building .

Accommodations:  The University Inn (located across Hwy 107 from the Ramsey Center) will give crafters rooms with discounted rates. 

The Sylva Inn is another quality place that is offering exhibitors a discount , $62 + tax    . Located at 2807 US Hwy 74 East , Sylva ,N.C.

Break Down:  No Exhibitor shall break down their booth until after 5:00 pm on  July 1st.
